Sometimes I think I'll miss SLC...

I'm currently at my parents house here in good ol' Salt Lake City. I enjoy the summer evenings most of all. The golden glow of the sun off the cars and houses in the Avenues, the way the day seems to slow down to a point where you can actually hear the seconds lazily tick away. I'll miss Long Life Vegi House and walks in "The Gully". I'll miss movies and dancing with friends. Some of whom I've been friends with since elementary school. I'll miss living on the side of a mountain.

Not to say that Fort Collins won't be filled with fun folks and good times. Leaving and area is both exciting and bittersweet. It's funny how when I was younger I couldn't wait to get away. Now I'm a bit sad to see this stage in my life come to an end. I hope to see many of you before I move in August and of course, you'll always find me at the table at Dennys during Christmas time.
